With its disease mapping capabilities, health professionals can visualize the spread of infections across different regions, pinpointing hotspots and emerging threats. This geospatial analysis is crucial for identifying patterns and implementing targeted containment strategies.

Features

Incidents and users data presentations and reporting

The Control center app can have several types of reporting in the form of a table, graph or heat map. Reports are available in PDF and CSV format.

For example, the query can be “Show me all incidents by hours where the ambulance was called in the last 3 months” or “Show me only incidents related to lung problems in the last year” or “Show me a heat map of the locations where smallpox has occurred”, etc.

Map reports

All incidents can be viewed on an interactive map and optionally filtered according to numerous criteria, including filtering with the help of polygons, where all incidents within the given polygon will be displayed on the map (e.g. if you want to see incidents only in a certain zone, neighborhood, street, etc.).

Heat maps

The concentration of health-related incidents and interventions can also be seen in the form of a heat map.

Graph reports

The graph shows the number of incidents reported by the health department members or citizens by hour. The graph can also show the number of incidents in a certain period on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis.

Customizable PDF or CSV reports

Reports are an important feature for a Group Administrator. Equally important is the ability to customize the data and generate reports tailored to the specific needs of healthcare organizations, which can then be exported in PDF or CSV format.

Broadcast tags

Members of healthcare organizations can use predefined tags when reporting incidents. In addition to significantly speeding up communication during the incident, it later enables high-quality analysis and filtering of the collected data and the creation of reports in the Control center.

The tags that will be used for a particular type of broadcast or the Group as a whole are defined by the Group administrator. For example: Situation under control, Ambulance called, Ambulance arrived, etc.

Real-time tracking for healthcare workers

In the Control center app, the movement and route of the healthcare workers can be monitored on the map (real-time GPS tracking), and the route remains recorded in the database for later analysis and archiving.

User roles and management

Group user management, such as inviting users to the group, assigning certain roles, deleting from the group, etc., is the task of the Group Administrator (via Qdrome Control center). Users are all members of your group.

There are two user roles: Regular users and Responders. Regular users (eg patients, citizens) can use the mobile app to report medical events and incidents, call for help and assistance while Responders (healthcare professionals, doctors, nurses) can respond to them, but they can also report events and incidents themselves. As a Group Administrator, you can give custom names to your users and Responders.

There is also a role of Recruiter who has all the privileges of a Responder plus the ability to recruit new members and patients (invite new users to the group) through the Qdrome mobile application.

Healthcare area geo-boundaries

Personnel in the Control room can divide the healthcare organization’s assigned area into zones and determine geo-boundaries for individual neighborhoods to have an overview of the zones in which certain healthcare teams operate, for easier organization and non-overlapping.
